REGISTRATION
Registration closes Wednesday, April 19th.
Please note that cancellations after Wednesday, April 5th will result in a 50% refund. Contact [email protected] if you need to cancel your registration.
If you have a disability that requires a reasonable accommodation to fully participate in the second quarter meeting in the Rio Grande Valley, email [email protected] at least three (3) business days in advance for arrangements to be made. Your response helps us make all Texas Lyceum events more inclusive.

TRAVEL & ATTIRE
We look forward to hosting you in the beautiful Rio Grande Valley! As you travel, here are some considerations...
Our host hotel is the DoubleTree located in McAllen, Texas, about 5 minutes from McAllen International Airport (MFE).
Bus transportation will be provided to Lyceum sponsored events during your visit.
Valley International Airport (HRL) flies into Harlingen, Texas, about 45 minutes from McAllen via US Highway 83. If you fly into Harlingen, you are responsible for your own ground transportation to and from the airport.
Our Welcome Reception will be hosted in Edinburg, Texas and our conference day will be hosted by the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley also in Edinburg, Texas.
For the program day, we are grateful to be hosted by President Bailey on the beautiful grounds of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
The Fireside Chat will be hosted in McAllen, Texas at historic Quinta Mazatlan, an international birding destination.
As we have several outdoor events, we recommend planning to dress accordingly (flat shoes and lighter fabrics). We do anticipate local dignitaries and media in attendance.

CONFERENCE & BOD UPDATE:
At this time we are not offering a hybrid option and will require you to register for the Q2 Conference and attend the April 29th board meeting in-person to meet your attendance requirements. We urge all attendees to take your personal health into account before leaving for the conference and during the event.
