The Texas Lyceum is proud to announce its 2026 Public Conference, "Savor the State: Where Hospitality Spurs Prosperity," will be held in San Antonio, Texas, from April 23-25, 2026. This conference will celebrate Texas hospitality as both a cultural cornerstone and a powerful economic driver. Blending exclusive culinary experiences with high-profile thought leadership, the conference will explore how restaurants, regional cuisine, and culinary innovation are shaping the future of our state. From chefs to pitmasters, and cocktails and tastes from across the state, this meeting will examine how Texas cuisine fuels tourism, drives small business growth, and informs economic development strategy across the state.
- Registration closes March 31st.
- Cancellations after Friday, March 13th, will result in a 50% refund. Contact [email protected] if you need to cancel your registration.
