CONFERENCE & BOD UPDATE: 

We are continuing to closely monitor developments with the pandemic.  Due to the increasing COVID-19 infection rates around the state and projections, we will now be offering a Zoom option for the Saturday, Jan. 29, board meeting - in addition to the in-person meeting in El Paso.  Attending the board meeting via Zoom will satisfy attendance requirements for this quarterly meeting.  We will announce at a later time attendance requirements for the next board meeting on April 2.

During this El Paso Conference, we encourage wearing masks and following all recommended CDC guidelines to minimize the spread of COVID-19. We urge all attendees to take your personal health into account and join us virtually if you're exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to the virus.  

Please note that cancellations after January 13th will result in a 50% refund.  Contact [email protected] if you need to cancel your registration.
